You may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@motijewelry.com. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original Moti packaging. Pierced earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

To preserve your piece’s finish, apply perfume and lotion before putting it on, and remove it before showering, swimming or exercising. After wearing, wipe gently with the cloth provided and store it in its Moti pouch.
