Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only.
Our processing time is 3-5 business days excluding holidays.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your Moti piece as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely delighted, you’re welcome to request a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible, your piece must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. We’re unable to accept items that show signs of wear from use. Each piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio, and again when returned. Refunds are issued once the item passes inspection.
We do not accept pierced earrings for return due to hygienic reasons.

Jewelry Care
Just like your favorite linen or cashmere, your jewelry deserves gentle care to stay beautiful over time.
The way we care for the things we love is what keeps them lasting and jewelry is no exception.
1. Keep Dry
Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising.
Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and oils, as they can wear down the gold plating over time.
Tip: Wear your lotions and perfumes first and add your jewelry as your finishing touch.
2. Handle Gently
Think of your pieces as delicate fabrics, soft to the touch and meant to be treated with care.
3. Store With Care
Store in a dry place, ideally in the pouch or jewelry box that your Moti pieces came in with.
4. Clean Occasionally
Use the jewelry cloth provided to gently wipe away fingerprints and buildup from your skin on your jewelry.
Caring for your jewelry doesn’t have to be complicated, it’s simply an act of appreciation for the pieces that remind you to move through life softly, with intention and grace.
